SHIPPING POLICY

We inform you about the expected delivery time for your order in the check-out process and in the confirmation email - depending on which items are selected and the delivery method. You can find a more accurate delivery indication in the shipment confirmation, sent to your email address after the order is shipped. At that link in the email, you can follow your package at PostNord, GLS or DAO within 48 hours. If the package has not arrived within 14 days after the shipment confirmation, we recommend that you contact our customer service directly.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase and received a confirmation, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport. Therefore, always make sure to pack your goods correct and safe without using the original packaging as outer packaging. We will of course assist and guide you if needed.
